Well this comes after seeing numerous Ads while playing Counter Strike in maps such as fy_stoneworld, De_Dust2, de_dust4ever, and de_dust2002.

These ads are for the United States Military. Some for Army, some for the Navy, others for Air Force. I haven't seen one for the national guard but I assume it's there somewhere.

No one likes in game ads like that, I know I don't, takes away the attention. I assume the only reason Valve is doing this is because anyone that likes shooting people in game is most likely to shoot people outside of the game in real life, so where can you do that legally without getting into trouble? In the military during a war.

Anyone else see these? I know it's not just me since I just spoke to a few others about it.

Laserdome is a room pitch black and white kind of smoking. There you can choose between 4 team, green, yellow, blue, red. I got like RPG Memberships there you can shooting missile, radar, using shields, spy undercover and everything. Having mines so you can put on walls, floor and everything. Also a good sniper town.
Outside of the room there enters it you can play arcade game. Step on the board to play Stepmania. :D

I'd join the Australian Defense Force instead of this country's military. Lower chance that I'd be shot to ****.

I never played Counter Strike to notice it. There are posters in stuff on the walls in Call of Duty, but I couldn't tell you what they say. I don't pay attention to that stuff.

As for joining the army, I probably won't. I plan on going to college for some type of web design or a type of coding.

I love picking people off in CS and everything, but joining the military for the chance to shoot people in real life is something I've never considered.
