The Last Strategy Game You Played

What was the last strategy game you played? And how was it?

The Last Strategy game I played was Civilization IV. I had only gotten it and I had to test it out since I loved Civ III. It wasn't all I expected but I played for a few hours about a month after it came out. It was still fun but I got bored pretty easily since Civilization games just wore out for me I guess, played Civ III too much back in the day.

I think I played Age of Empires 3 before Civ IV but I could be getting my timing wrong. It was one or the either, i got both not too long after one another. This was fun too and the Graphics looked way better than AOE II.

I got back into playing Fire Emblem for the GBA a few days before Christmas last year, and I think that was the last Strategy game I've picked up and played since then. I believe the farthest I've ever made it in that game was the very last mission where you fight the dragon, and I died. Never could beat that one. :(

your experience with strategy game is more recent than mine lol, mine is probably 8 or even 10 months ago, can't remember when those games came out, dont feel like checking either lol, busy with work :(

The strategy game I played most recently was Final Fantasy 12: Revenant Wings for Nintendo DS.

Fun game. I reccomend. It's a sequel to FF12 but it makes sense without playing FF12 and does not spoil the plot of the first

Sims City? I think thats what it was called?
where you create a town and you have people live in
it blah blah blah it gets really boring
I dont play that many strategy games

Evil Genius, such an awesome game, i recommened it to everyone! its like being dr.evil (from austin powers) you have to make your base inside a mountain and you get henchmen, minions the lot, then you plan world domination :D

I've always wanted that game because it sounds like my kind of game... But when I looked for it in Game they didn't have it because it's too old.

ah thats a shame, it dont even look old, the graphics are great. If you still want to get it then try ebay.

I'll buy it from amazon it's only £7 including P&P..... I'll get it next week. The only thing is... it's supposed to be a bit repetitive.

It can get repetitive but its still very fun and thats a good price for it.

i've started civilization IV again last sunday i think, i haven't played since tuesday though lol, not enough time to play and deal with life at the same time :(

i hope to finish at least one game lol - the last Strategy game for me

The last one I played was either Black and white 2 or Rome: Total war. Which was last year, since then, I never came close to playing strategy games. They get really boring to me after a while.
