Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse has been arrested for DUI, WTVF-TV reported.
Metro Nashville police said Kearse was seen speeding and swerving several times while travelling west on West End Avenue.
The officer who pulled the Titans over said Kearse exhibited slurred speach, red eyes, and smelled of alcohol. He reportedly refused a breath test.
Officials said the incident was Kearse's first offense.
Kearse signed a two-year deal worth $6 million with the Titans this past March, returning to the team that drafted him after a four year stint in Philadelphia.

This really surprised me, but then again his nickname is "The Freak", so it comes with the territory, I guess.
