Starting to play again?

Well, I was thinking of playing again. I remember I had a level 33, that got banned because I was quite stupid back then. Scamming people, which was bad and I now realize it was a stupid mistake.

But, could you guys tell me whats new? What's better? Is PK still around? Whats up with the building houses? Graphics, etc.

OK, PK is gone,
It now has better graphics(they still suck though)
There are a few new skills(all new ones are members only)
There is the Grand Exchange(like... umm... a big place where you buy/sell(too hard to explain)
umm... rares probably got more expencive?
