The thing is, nobody knows that BluRay is the winner of this generation's format wars, SONY have basically always backed the thing that lost, betamax, VCD and now BluRay. Xbox 360 is adaptable and the fact they do not have a single or maybe 2 models means they can be more suited to more parts of the market, not everyone can afford a $600 or so console, so why not have versions for every part of the market? it makes more sense! and if HD-DVD DOES end up losing (despite being alot cheaper to produce and I doubt most people have 1080p screen's with 10,000:1 contrast and 7.1 high definition surround sound) the Xbox 360 I expect could easily get a BluRay Drive, so how can the Xbox 360 not be a 10year product? SONY have to make price cuts because nobody's buying.. Microsoft are making price cuts because they can. What does that say? SONY are slow to market and have the stupidest limitations etc. and make their stuff basically useless, and after the ammount of trouble people have been having with previous sony items I have doubts many will buy such things from them again =/

I generally don't like people who follow SONY, they're generally rich kids who get what they want and love Japan way too much despite not even living there. The inconsistent design of the 360 brings more people to buying it, as I stated before, so I think Microsoft will win, yet again, everyone thought SONY would win the previous 2 times but they didn't (because of being overpriced and stupid regulations).
