Dont know much yet but another Tribes will indeed be great. :D

And the best part, They are going back to focus on multiplayer and teamwork, like in Tribes 2. :D

Allright, this thread is rather old but Tribes Ascend have been out with their "closed" beta for quite some time now and all you got to do to get a key is to like their FB page and click get closed beta key.

I do really suggest you try this game out, it's great fun. :)

What type of game is it, I never hear of them before. No sound atm, cause I'm at a friends house, and I'm to lazy to change the sound to headset so I cant watch the video.

Well the movie shows it after he's talked about the game for awhile.

But to answer you: Its a Multiplayer FPS, Fast paced and heavily skill based. Sci-fi themed.

I know, i know. "Now exe is on about THAT game again." Well yea, but only because i love it. :)

I tried beta out. Not too bad actually :)

Im also playing the "demo". You can pay for xp boosters and stuff so its kind of odd to call it a beta at this point. Its more a soft release. Not the first game to do that though, Dragon nest did the same thing, well with the US version at least.

It's still called a beta because features change alot depending on feedback. :)

But yea, it is more of a soft release. :P

Tribes was great on PS2, some how I think this will be like Halo on this generation.

I'm really loving the game. I lag sometimes but I'm pretty awesome at it. Although it annoys me that people who play more or pay have better weapons (soldiers with the spinfusor)
