    WMD NPS Attack
I think I made a thread about this a few weeks ago, but since i cant remember anything I thought I would create this.

But anyway, I have a paper due Oct. 20th where I have to create an attack and I finally got what I want to use and want to see if you guys had any other suggestions.

This is what will be used in the attack:

several large load vehicles, mini vans, possible Semis, Ryder. Etc
Several middle size load vehicles, Insect spray trucks, those kind that run around neighborhoods and what not.

Attack itself will take place on several major road ways in and out of the Washington DC area, with the large load vehicles hauling a extremely load and dangerous load of some unknown IED devices, most likely TATP, destroying bridges, roadways, etc. The plan is to place the large load vehicles at the both ends of the roadways and bridges and light 'em up. destroying any chance for first responders to get there and do any good. While they are trying to get to those trapped on the bridge, I might have "hidden" terrorist members drop canters to make it seem like they are being attacked by some-type of Chemical agent, or Biological agent to make it even harder for them to respond in a timely manner.

While all of this is going on the middle size vehicles, the insect sprayers, will go around the city, not coming into 2 miles of each other and spreading around a very, very, very dangerous Bio-weapon... Anthrax.

And the overall mission of this attack is to show america is still weak and they are not ready for anything.

Ehh its not use anthrax as a scare tactic, its more or less that is the most dangerous bioweapon out there and it can survive for many many years in the soil and what not. So pretty much a good portion of DC wouldnt be livable for a very long time :P
