Where I work backs onto a load of farmers fields, and there was some kind of animal making a lot of noise. Sounded like it was in pain :/

Wow, I missed a lot of stuff going on in this thread. Made for a great read though. What's up guys! i do it in the summer im working up for a full mrathon have only done a half so far :s

My gf runs insane amounts. She took me with her once and I couldn't walk for 3 days.

I have started to run but its just so boring, I wish I could play some music when running.
