    Default Cannot put a avatar or change my profile

    It say im not allowed to go to this page when i want to change my avatar or my profile... Why?

    The faq has the answer to ALLL of your questions.
    Quite simply because you've been a member for less than 24 hours AND/OR you have less than ten posts.
    It's just a precaution against spammers. If ya stick around, you'll be able to change it this time tomorrow
