Any particular reason why rap is better?

lol.. 1 person liking rap. you'd think that'd be different since rap is so mainstream now a days.

but yeah, i'm a rock guy as well. in comparison to being a rap guy anyway.

Some people prefer a beat as opposed to instruments. After listening to a lot of rap and electronic music, it takes a while to get used to rock again

i've noticed that most people that are gamers prefer rock. Like, most of the people I know that are serious gamers prefer rock, and most of the people I know that prefer rap aren't big gamers, at least, not big enough to go on a forum. But there are obviously exceptions, this is just something that i noticed for me.

I don't just like dubstep though. I like instrumental hiphop, minimal techno, electro, and even some metal which I wouldn't strictly consider rock.

Steaming pile of crap indeed. I just can't get into rap, hardly any of it grabs me - it would have to be amazing for me to like a rap song.

Whereas, rock music gets you pumped for such things as running, football, gaming... it's awesome!
