Oh and by the way, compare to photoshop, you have to do lots of step just to get inner shadow.. and the result, I don't really liking it.

yeah true you gotta do a lot of more steps but its worth it. that's just an example of the inner shadow. lotsa people have used that tutorial to make some cool things
