What Gaming company should make a console

This thread hasbeen made before.. If a new company wereto make a console who would you want it to be?
It's old but it's there...

Sega stopped making consoles as they weren't popular and they didn't have the capacity to make consoles as they had to sell of a large percentage of their factories to get money. Now they're stable making games but making a console again could run them under.

even if there was going to be dreamcast 2 i have looked it up and it said released end of 2006.. this means that i dont think they thought twice and arnt going to release it
