Well he needs to be charged with a lot of charges. I hope they get some really good psychiatrist to check him out and make sure its true. Its bull if he goes to a mental hospital if he is not mental. Although honestly, I cant think of any sane person wanting to do that.

I dunno why stuff like this surprises people. Like... everyone is aware that there are many, *many* people out there with mental health issues, right? Enough so that it surprises me when stuff like this doesnt happen more often >_<
