I basically got two PC offers, and I want to know which one is better, and how far are the differences.

What's the price of each?

It's in Shekels (Cash in Israel) so I can't really tell but the first one is cheaper, the second one costs like 400 Shekels more which is like 150 dollars more I guess.

I would prefer the first option, it's cheaper, not so less powerful than the second which you can use for other upgrades, like more RAM, or just save the money.
