Username change request help

Im not posting this thread to get a new user name i need help i went to request a new user name and when i clicked on it it said you do not have the permission requirements to use this control or somthing please help

its fixed try now - i updated the mod on sunday and i forgot to enable it again - it was my fault

and please open thread in the right category - this goes in questions and suggestions board, not forum talk
