Elections officials in Ottawa County, Mich. are going to have to reprint the ballots for the Nov. 7 elections because of a small-but important-typo. The letter "l" was left out of the word "public" in a proposed amendment. Making the correction on the county's 170,000 ballots will cost $40,000.

Three Burger King workers in Los Lunas, New Mexico may have held the pickles and the lettuce, but they apparently didn't hold the marijuana. They were arrested after two Iseta tribal policemen chowing down on burgers discovered the meat had been sprinkled with a substance that looked like pot. The two cops confirmed their suspicions by using a field-test kit.
