When you are applying for scholarships, ask your teachers in advanced for letters of recommendation so when a particular scholarship needs one or tow letters you have them and your all set. Just make sure to have a typed copy with your teachers signature. That way you can photocopy it and send them out as needed.
Make sure you have an essay ready for your college or university because they probably will ask for one. Include stuff such as your academic achievements, your community service, clubs and extracurricular activities, how your high school as affected you, and your leadership skills. There are more but those are the basics.
Make sure to have your high school transcripts and make sure its the official one. You will need to make copies for colleges and scholarships.
More information will be given later.

i like the whole letters of recommendations and essay to be ready early but your GPA chart will never be a 100% correct.
it differs from school to school and even class to class at college. At my high school, 93 and above was a 4.0 GPA
at my economics class, 90 and above is 4.0 and in my psychology class last term, it was 92 and above
and there are such things as A- and B+ and B-

Yeah, where are the A-, B+, etc?
Also, what is a Fail? Below 50 right?

failing is usually 65 and below, some even go down to 55 and some go as high as 75

59 was failing at my school. gladly I didn't go to my cousins soon cause 69 was failing. Good thing if I go to college grades won't matter cause I sucked at regular school.
