Confused..

Well I got a good problem solver for you guys, it's about a girl.. so here goes the whole story lol..:

Earlier this year, i transfered schools. Well a couple months in I learned this girl liked me. We flirted, held hands a lot, etc. I was stupid enough for some reason to not ask her out. Things came up over time, and we just grew apart.

Well I went after another girl that I met last year too.. we dated for a month or less, and that was that. Well after that experience I realized that I still liked the original girl a lot, and that I had made a big mistake. I wrote her a not one day saying "wow I can't beleive school is almost over. It's been a great year. I would only go back and do one thing over though, and that would be to ask you out" something along the lines of that.

Well she responded saying it was too late, she was going back out with a guy from minnesota. I responded saying that basically sucked but I hope that she had good luck with him again.

Well lately she has been flirting a lot again with me, and today we went on a field trip. She flirted a lot, like stroking my neck etc, looking at me a lot at the restarant. And during the bus ride back she stroked my hair, so I grabbed her hand, being playful ya know, and she held on to it. Held hands almost the whole way back through the crack in the seat, and it wasn't a friendly hand holding either, she was stroking my hand with her fingure, so I just returned the favor too.

What do you get out of these recent actions? I am confused on the bit, but I can't tell if she's trying to tell me she's still interested in me, but to wait, or what, so that is why I am seeing if anybody else can think it out.

Wait.. you live in South Dakota and she's dating a guy in Minnesota ? Also how was it from the time she said it was too late too the field trip, seems like she has a change of heart and is ready for you to make a move.

I don't remember the time exactly, its been a couple weeks ago I wrote it. Yeah they met in a town here for a street dance thing I guess. If it's the same guy she's talked about dating before, he used her and kicked her to the curb, so I dunno why she would ever go out with him again

I suggest you ask her out again if the guy from Minnesota left and he treated her bad.

Yeah i hear ya. I dunno if they are goin out again or not, but guess I will have to play it by ear on what to do next

I think she might be just messing with you. I don't know since all I know is what I've read, but it sounds like a case of Sluttus Majorus. If she likes some guy in Minnesota, but she's flirting with you, that sets off a few red flags IMO.

However, it could be she's just having second thoughts. Just come right out and ask her is what I'd do.

Yeah. Well she is a nice girl, and isnt' a slut imo.. Im just gonna work on it next week and see where it leads, since we got a 4 day weekend.

I dunno I might call her this weekend and see if anything happens
