There was a sign up way back then and ever since then they have been from what it seems randomly letting ppl in, they just let a new batch in recently as one of my PSN friends recently got in and apparently you can sign up for a chance now but don't don't know how as it's just goes by the RSS feed thing in the upper right hand corner.

I think you download the home theme or something. I already did that.
