Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne [Expansion]
Warcraft III: TFT
Blizzard created a loved when it came out, and still loved Strategy game that lands you in the World of Azeroth, battling Demons and other evil creatures. Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne is the expansion to Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. Warcraft III: TFT has stayed alive since the year 2003, and is still kicking ass. Even today, tens of thousands of players are online in Battle.net playing Warcraft, so it is still a good time to pick up a copy. In this review I will cover Campaign Mode, Multi player and graphics.
---Campaign---
The campaign for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne is very easy to get stuck into, and the missions that you will have to complete are actually some what challenging, if you don't use cheat codes of course! In Campaign, there are three different races to choose from that you can quest for, Night Elf, Human, and Undead, going in order. You have to complete each race to unlock the other one to quest for, so the system is kind of like Starcraft's if you have ever played that other Blizzard game before. So if you buy WC 3: TFT make sure you check out the Single Player.
8/10 on Campaign
---Multi Player---
Multi Player in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne is probably the best aspect of this entire game. Battle Net is what it is called, and it is Blizzard hosted of course. In multi player for
Warcraft III: TFT you can either play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or FFA ranked matches, and gain levels and avatars with other players. Then there is a multi player called Custom Games, and Custom Games is where players play on maps that other players have created. There are ALL kinds of games, here is just a tiny bit of examples, Troy, Helms Deep, Minas Tirith, The Wheel of Time, Wintermaul, and many many more. There are also updated versions of these games, so they won't ever usually get old and out dated. I personally play Warcraft 3 TFT all the time, and my name is KraaZed on B.net so hit me up some time if you ever decide to play!
10/10 Multi Player
---Graphics---
As I'm sure you know, the graphics are not the greatest by far for this game, but then again, they aren't bad either for a 5 year old game. The graphics for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne are fine, and even when you zoom in on your units or building they have nice detail. The Single Player mini movies are very well done though, so watch out for them because they are very well done.
7/10 Graphics
Recommended Systems Specs:
* Computer: 600 MHz processor or better
* Memory: 256 MB of RAM
* Video: 32 MB 3D Video card

That is pretty much the only game I played for about two years(finally got sick of it..) Considering the infinite replayability possible from player made maps it is an amazing game. Because of this, i am also looking forward to the release of Starcraft 2.
