The best soundtrack is totally from Chrono Cross. "Time's Scar" is one of my absolute favorites. Also "Dreaming of the Shore of Another World" (can't remember if that is the actual title or not; everyone calls them different things anyway)

For me, FF7 is without a doubt the one game with the best soundtrack, ever.

The only runner up would be Ocarina of Time.
