I see 6 in this picture (counting standard lobe as 1) but there is a silver dot on my right ear, that is also a piercing. I have my industrial, septum, eyebrow, monroe, and a 3rd lip ring and "others". I don't usually wear them all at the same time either. But yes this is me a couple years ago.
