I never really played FF3, but by the looks of your party, you don't have a good DPS. Not really sure of the jobs in FF3, but I know that black mages do the most damage in all the FF games. Not sure what a free lancer is though. But by the looks of it it, something like a paladin.

Not sure if that helped at all, but I would try another job that does better DPS.

DPS stands for Damage per second.

I just read over a few party building guides. It seems that Black Mages and Geomancers do the most damage. So I would either drop the Freelancer or the thief. I never played FF3, so I'm just going with my knowledge that I have on other FF games that I play.

Here's what I was reading when I made my decision.

It wasn't supposed to help for the level your on. It tells what each job does to find which DPS you wanted.
