How to be a dropshipper?

I just graduate from college. I want to start my business as a dropshipper from other website or Ebay. But I do not know it is safe to protect my customer’s privacy and my privacy. And it is convenient for me to place order? I need to get some recommendation. Thanks.

if you have something set up it could be easy to protect privacy's of everyone. and some of your questions don't make sense to me, such as convenient for you to place order? what?

You'll have to be a bit more clear, I have no experience with this kind of thing so I am not sure how much of a help I can be
