To start off the New Year we will be having another free Arcade week for the Gamers Forum Arcade. We haven't had a free week since the Forum's Birthday back in August.

This is the chance to get all the high scores you want without having to worry about losing GFP.

I thought I would give a few days warning so you guys know when it is. Payout rules for new game champs will be out soon. Actually it will be posted on January 1st, 2009 telling you of everything you will need to know.

Questions and suggestions for the event can be posted here. This thread will be locked when the official thread is posted on January 1st.

I'll attempt to get some top 100 scores. Not going to make any promises.

If you guys didn't notice, I am extending the offer of 4k on top of the regular jackpot throughout free arcade week

So that means that jackpots will still be open during free arcade week?

If so then that's sweet.

jackpots will be given out manually - meaning i have to do it myself and there will be a thread for you to report your winnings - unfortunately the arcade can't give out jackpot on its own if no GFP is put into it during the play - same reason the arcade pass wins won't get you jackpots.
