Not sure where to place this as it's tv related but also sports related but sports related in the usual sense. Anyways here is some history to put it up against.

As for the low ratings for Texas and Insight bowls, those are caused by NFL network getting the games and not many people have it. Sucks that so many people seen Penn St get owned :(
