This is my favorite site for tutorials.
I get all the ones I use here, I love them. I learned a lot of my effects here.
I think at 5 posts you can download this package of 219 C4D's, which has Effect, Lighting, And Regular, along with wire frames.
This site is a must-look for all graphic artists, you'll learn a new trick or two.
The forums have the best advantage. Just get your 5 posts for the tutorial spot to become available. It took me 5 minutes, and it was worth every minute.
