View Full Version : I got a shot in my eye

I went to the doctor because I had a strange growth of skin on my eye. It had a weird scary name... like a something horn, but it was basically harmless. He wanted to remove it before it got bigger though. So, I got a shot in my eye to numb it. Talk about painful. Then he cut it off and burnt it shut. All is good though, because I got a stuffed monkey out of it.:twitcy:

Lol, I forgot to mention but I had an audience too. He brought his daughter in to watch me.

He asked my mom if it was ok. She's about my little brother's age... so somewhere from 10 to 13.

Is he actually trying to put disturbing images into his daughters mind ? lol. I dunno if I could deal with a shot to the eye, I don't mind shots but I've always had this thing about anything happening to my eyes, scary xD.

I am afraid of needles..
I just got a shot yesterday, I was flipping out.
Never would I let a needle near my eye. ._.;
Tis why I hate surgery cuz it's even worse.. ><;

You got a stuffed monkey out of it? Why did my dentist not give me a stuffed animal the time that I had my tooth pulled with a wrench? There was blood everywhere, including the dentist's scrubs. That is unfair!

Well, technically the doctor didn't give it to me. My mom bought it at the pharmacy after we were done.
