My movie selection is ridiculously huge currently and I'm always lookin' for something new to watch and critique.
My problem is I'm finicky. I don't like movies like Little Women, Changeling, or anything of that boring nature. A good era movie I've enjoyed would be something like FlyBoys. Pearl Harbor was way too over-dramatized.

Epics like The Last Samurai, Troy, and 300 are always awesome.

Cult Classics like Boondock Saints, are always awesome.

Fantasy would be stuff like FF7: Advent Children, King Arthur, and Harry Potter-esque.

Martial Arts would be House of Flying Daggers, Gorgeous, Enter the Dragon<3, and Ong Bak.

Actions will always be things like Live Free or Die Hard. <3

Foreign films like Brotherhood of the Wolf and the Legendary Seven Samurai, are excellent choices.

For the ladies, I liked The Lake House, Sweet Home Alabama, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 days.

So, my categories are diverse... so please share your favorites.
Also - any movie I've listed already, I've seen. Lol...

Have you seen Valkyrie? It's based on a true story, and its a good movie.

Body of Lies is a good action flick.

If you like comedy, watch "Role Model"

my mind is drawing blanks on all other movies for some reason.

Curse of the Golden Flower was a BEAUTIFUL film. Simply, stunning.
I loved Shooter. I hated Children of Men, I thought it was boring.
I laughed in the Notebook, it was okay - but meh.

Thanks, Knib! <3

You're lucky you're from a different country - all of these are old school movies, Lol. And I was just watching Airplane today! Lol.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Tropic Thunder , Behind Enemy Lines, Oceans Eleven, Quantum of Solace, and Defiance

Tropic Thunder is probably a movie I will never see. No desire and it looks retarded.

Defiance I'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD... >_>;

I don't care what anyone says about The Blair Witch. It was an amazing movie.
You either love it or hate it.

Napoleon dynamite.
Duck you, you know you love it.
It has everything, yet it takes a minimalist approach.

Hey Napoleon, what'd you do all last Summer again?
"I told you, I spent it in Alaska with my Uncle hunting Wolverines."
Did you shoot any of em?
"Yeah, Like fifty of em. They kept trying to attack my cousins. What the heck would YOU do in a situation like that?!"
What kinda gun did you use?
"A FREAKING TWELVE GAUGE WHAT'DYA THINK?!"

I sat through half of the BWP - it was so freakin' stupid that I felt like I was going to kill myself and left the theater. Got my money back.

Hmm yeah, I knew you would've seen most of those ones I suggested. tbh though I didn't really put any thought into it, just grabbed a bunch from my collection lol.

El Topo would be one to check out, cult movie that might not be to everyones liking but no harm in suggesting it.

Trying to think of some other movies worth watching, I'll actually go look now cause I got nothin' else to do lol.

EDIT :

Withnail and I
Brazil
Blue Velvet
Old Boy

Have you seen Donnie Darko? It's a good movie, but if you don't pay attention you won't undertsand it, and then you'll think it's boring.
