I think Obama is trying to clean up a catastrophic mess and I think he'll fail, honestly. It's too big of a crash. Reagenomics let Clinton float so beautifully on the end of the economy, that everyone loved him - though it was obvious he didn't do sh't and his wife ran the White House.

And then when the Reagenomics ended finally, Bush's first term was in and he screwed it up a little bit - but he tried.

His second term, I hate to bag on him because I can't imagine how hard it would be to be the president of the free states - but he botched it badly with the war ordeal. And then he was blamed on the way out for the failing economy, which wasn't his fault completely - there wasn't any turning it around.

And now that Obama's in - it's finally collapsed.

And Gates with Microsoft is worth BILLIONS. Sick amounts.

And with this stimulus package and the bank bail outs, Obama is going to run us into a National Bankruptcy. So....

Obama is in this because of Bush's actions, it's not really fair to blame it all on obama and telling him that he will fail, if the blame goes to anyone it's bush for putting us at war with a country for having fake WMDs and nearly doubling our national debt in 8 years. That's unprecedented. Obama is still trying, I'd say give him some time, still too early to jump to conclusions.

And microsoft and Bill Gates don't have enough money to do anything in the US, maybe in China or India where $1 is equal to a lot in their currency but in the US, it would only bail out one industry. Bush screwed it up by giving money to AIG and not doing anything about their huge parties and bonuses.

and if there was a such thing as national bankruptcy, we would have filed for that a few years ago when we hit $10 trillion in debt lol. The debt rises when we spend money on foreign related stuff, such as the war in iraq - all the money spent goes into iraq and other international companies. a stimulus package for US based companies and US citizens would help stimulate the economy here. That wouldn't change the debt at all, it wouldn't decrease or increase it so that's really irrelevant when speaking about the National Debt.
