Before I left for the night I wanted to wish the earth a happy birthday because we all know it was born exactly 4.723425 billion years ago today.

Anyone have anything planned for the day?

I have a meeting in the morning and I don't plan on wearing any green because green suits are weird outside of st. patrick's day.

I believe I know someone going car shopping tomorrow and another one not driving her car tomorrow.

In Junior High we used to have concerts for the day and since I was the drummer, I got to miss the entire day of school...earth day used to rock.

I feel that normal people such as myself or you wouldn't be able to do anything to help out the earth.. honestly you didn't drive your car today but what about the other billion people or those major companies that get fudged up by the epa. Shut them down for the day and then I'll be happy:-)

if we shut down all cars for a day we'd probably help out a more more than most of these people think

a few weeks ago they had this thing in Time Square where all businesses were encouraged to shut down the Lights for an hour at night (it's really bright there) and only about 3 stores participated, one being McDonalds. The other stores came out and said that they didn't care what happened. Kinda sad.

Happy Earth day!? In my Science class, my teacher just threw away like over 50 books today. Of all days, she has to not recycle and waste a lot, today. Some people... :-P
