Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 problem

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the game R6V2,
When playing STORY mode there is only sound playing, the screen is black.
Terrorist hunt is running OK.

Have any ideas? tried configuring the resolutions in several ways but no go.

My PC is a Pentium 4 Hyperthread, 3 Ghz. 2GB Ram, Graphics: Geforce 9600GT with 1GB ram.

are you playing full screen or windowed mode? if it's full screen, try switching ti window and see if that helps

I do not know how to switch between the modes, if you could tell how to do that I'll try..

I used to play the game and it was working fine and I never had the need to switch between any modes, only after I formatted the computer the game stopped working as it should, so I guess it's not a hardware problem.

That Terrorist Hunt mode is working fine.... only STORY mode is problematic.

I see jak is using google chrome.

Roeeko, go into game options or whatever its called in that game, then go under video. it should be in there. if not, just check everywhere til u find it

you made a double post, where you post twice in a row, and he decided to get creative with showing you that you should just edit your last post instead of plain out telling it.

obviously, nobody knows what to do. call customer service or something, or look online somewhere

Thank you all for replying, sorry about the double thread..

The problem was solved, I did two things in parallel. 1) Updated the latest Geforce 9500GT graphics driver (although the game worked fine with previously installed drivers) 2) Removed netlimiter.

I'm not sure which of the actions solved the problem.
