Looks good, but then again so did AC. Likely will follow the same repetitive borefest as well

I'd LOVE to see someone swim in all that sh;t he's wearing.

He'd drown.

He's not really wearing all that much.

not being able to swim in #1 was such a debbie downer

Right. So you jump in the pool with about 4 layers of clothes on, some knives, a set of leather boots, and a freakin' sword - not to mention a hood, slip-knives in your sleeves...

Two words: WATER LOGGED

And then I wont expect a post later from you.

It's a game, who really care? such a trivial thing to care about

The game has a physics engine in it - it's striving for realism. I just don't think he should be able to swim with all that gear. I used to be a Life Guard, and it's hard enough dragging people out of the water or swimming with that damned hotdog floatie.

Well he is a conditioned assassin is he not? I'm pretty d*mn sure he can swim with all that stuff on. Look at how high he can jump! That's a lot of leg strength there!

Looks a lot like the first one to be honest, either way I'll get it. The story in the first one was amazing. I loved every second of it.

Also who cares if he can swim or not? It's a game that your supposed to play for enjoyment. One thing I kept getting frustrated with when playing in the first one was falling in the water all the time. I'm glad they put swimming in the game.

Dumb noob question incoming:

What platform is this on? (Xbox, I hope? :D) I looked and I'm not sure...

I loved PoP. Loved it. The aesthetic of this game entices meh...

Oh, that just made me dance a little inside. But I was looking around for the answer to that question and saw something about the PC version taking a little longer?

I don't think so. I think they are all coming out at the same time for each system. Which is at Q4 2009 atm.

I am so excited for the new Assassin's Creed! I've played through the first one way too many times. Has anyone found all of the flags, because I haven't.

There was a big article about AC2 in May's GameInformer magazine. I don't know if anyone else gets that.

This is definitely a buy for me.

That really does just look like the first. I'll probably only buy it when the price goes down. I left AC untouched for months before I finally decided to finish it.

I have a lot of flags but not all...

Lol I'm so Excited too. In Assassin's Creed 2 you get to play as a guy named "Ezio" in Italy.

I don't know if it will be good. Graphics are good yes, but the first one bored me to tears. I killed two bosses before I just put it down and forgot about it.

Someone said something about Ezio being a conditioned assassin. Well he isn't. Infact he's a nobleman that becomes an assassin through the game in order to get vengeance on someone. So technically he hasn't been trained to swim with gear on.

Either way it looks amazing. The gameplay demo made me rub my eyes in disbelief at points such as the people dancing (same scene as in the cinematic). It does look pretty real.
