PC parts. e.g. disk space

I'm in need of an upgrade for less than 100 bucks.. I need about 500MB min. for my Hard drive, Ultra DMA

this is the orignal amount of space..

40 GB of hard drive, uping to 500MB+
128MB ram.. thinkign about uping this.
900 MMz Intel Celeron Processor.. (This is a 2001 eMachine, computer quite sucky.. this si my old pc... -.-)

so i'll try and upgrade all for less than 200 bucks.. or 300 bucks.. M Nabil showed me some site but his forums are for sale and cant b viewed.. -.-
