Frankly, only newbs want to get things done in plain view at a young age. My littlest sister just turned 18, and God save her moronic soul, got a cross on the inside of one wrist in black outline with frakkin' TEAL fade in the middle, and on the inside of her other wrist, she got a Jesus fish, for some unknown and totally retarded reason. She's not even religious and doesn't attend church. I think she's just trying to impress my parents, which ended up being a massive family joke.

Ugh.

I have a tat already and I plan on getting about eight hundred more dollars of ink done in the near future.

I highly recommend NOT getting visible tats, if you plan on being in any sort of respectable profession in your life.

I have this debate a lot with my friends, and yes - I didn't switch subject, just gears. And I also agree with the tribal deal, they're crappy and slightly retarded looking if not done just right or don't have a cool meaning or following behind it like the celtic stuff does.

But anyways, Moses came down the mountain and saw all those fools worshiping that golden cow and he got pissed and slammed those slabs down. Then he told the people something and had to go get new tablets or whatever - slate markings, apparently God ran like Fred Flintstone back in the day.

So anyways, what he TOLD the people who were worshiping - was different than what was on the tablets that God gave him. That's why I have a problem with it.

These are paraphrased by me, but ... lol

i. Worship no other god.
ii. Make no molten gods. (idols)
iii. You should keep the "feast of unleavened bread."
iv. Rest on the 7th day, after 6 days of work.
v. You should observe the feast of weeks, of the first fruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.
vi. Three times a year all men should appear before God.
vii. Don't offer blood of Christ with leaven.
viii. Don't leave the feast from the passover til morn.
ix. The first fruits of your land, you give to God.
x. You shouldn't seethe a baby goat in it's mother's milk.

after thinking all night what would suite me best, I think the cross from the cover of Appetite for Destruction would fit well on my forearm. Some may say well that's dumb but put it in my perspective. I listen to almost every song of that album..EVERY day. I'm gonna get zombies on my upper left arm, and I want a big back piece one day.
And who knows what else.
But keeping things hidden is a good idea until you have established your career.
