I was going to copy and paste and then post here. But as I was doing the copy, I literally was there for like 30 seconds and not even 10% down the page @_@

looks like some sort of database info (if you read a mysql database from a website using something like wordpad then you'll most likely see stuff like that but usually won't be all numbers, mostly numbers though)

or it could be just a bored professor

I don't think it's anything special as all it took for me to find it was 14988-13829 in google

I set my mouse to the frictionless "free-rolling" setting and it took me spinning it at full speed like 4 times to get to the bottom of that beast. Weird!
