lol that site was up before this one was - it doesnt really matter - a little competition never hurts anyone :) i think the owner sold that forum and the new owner is restarting lol - well i can tell u that this forum has an advantage of backlinks, PR, search engine indexed pages, Members, Posts, Topics, Mods installed, and more :) there are a ton of other gaming forums out there - i dont mind - thanks for letting us know though

Legally I dont think anything could be done anyways because Im sure seeing its still a different domain for 1 and secondly im pretty sure for the name to the one and only on the net im sure you'd have to get a patent on it or something ...not really sure

u need a huge copyright like microsoft or something but its not that big - if it was like that - you wouldnt see so many webmaster forums out there - and getting copyright and patent costs a lot of money - like i said before - nothing to worry about - no way they can shut down this site or any other gaming sites on the net. and i cant do that either -

Yeah, this forum has the advantage of having alot of members, alot of returning and active members and of course all the backlinks and the PR, and cant forget all the posts and topics, :D

This Gamers-Forum site rocks, nothing can beat this (Mine can maybe compare to it (Only joking) ) but this site rocks :D

it doesnt matter - not too many sites out there can compete with this - this forum runs a lot of contests and it has a huge advantage over a lot of other forums especially new ones :)
