Nice color and effects - and I agree with you on the border, they don't look like they belong. But I like the neon theme you have going. The bottom right choppiness confuses me a little (I know what you are doing, but the effect just looks a little more than the rest of the image)

Keep up the work - always great to practice and nice to see you getting back to these.
