IM in-game overlay?

Hey guys, its been a few since iv been here. Lol anyway i got my pc up to full and now im back. Im coming back to ask this.

I was wondering if anyone has run across a in-game overlay for IMs? Like how xfire is and steam is? I get tired of alt+tabing out and in for IMs. So anyone have a pidgin plug in? or something along thos lines?

You should try playing games on Windowed Mode - makes it easier to tab in and out and it doesn't always flicker your screen every time you do it.

No plugins as far as I know, I just force everyone to get on steam if they wanna talk.

Or call them Talk on the mic while I play.
