Grey is another game from Cleril Calamity Studios in the making. Grey, unlike Haven, is purely visual, there is no movement that is directly controlled by the player. Also unlike Haven, it is set in our modern world, while Haven was medieval/realistic fantasy.

How exactly is it a different Visual Novel type game? It's entirely hand-drawn with a # 2 led pencil with no computer editing.

Really all the details that are available now are the images, the last of which giving details about the opening story arcs.

The game changes heavily based on player choice and from your first choice in the game you already won't experience something that other players may.

A demo will likely be posted in this topic when it is ready, this demo will be available in a week or two, give or take a week.

If you are interested in Haven or Grey and want to be a long-term player of these projects please message me for details.

If you would like to see Haven's topic (and why the mods don't seem to care about this "advertising" then here it is:

Help Me Freeware User Made Indie Game Non-Combat RPG: Haven Version 0.4.1 - Gamers Forum (http://www.gamers-forum.com/showthread.php?t=12865)

If you'd like to just give your two cents and walk away then feel free to just post your feedback here.

Thank you for reading this, hope to see more long-term players. :)

is the only reason you're here to show off your games?

Have I not reviewed games as well?

This is a gamers forum. What if I did hm? If you spent hundreds of hours on making your game (Haven, 165 hours so far, Grey, 1 hour) would you not seek players?

These games are to be used in my portfolio to get me a job in the industry.

The admin does not have an issue with my "unlawful" advertising so I have no issue in doing so.

This is again a forum for gamers. I am both a gamer and a developer of games. Am I not to discuss games that I have made then?

Well I'm quite sure if you joked about Bioware's (or any other company) games they would react in the same way.

It's fine then. This is not the first time I've been called out for advertising. It's not like I can get TV commercials or something so what do people expect me to do? :confused1:

There's no playable version yet.

It's an on-rails experience being a visual novel type game. All pictures are entirely hand-drawn with a pencil and just scanned into my computer, no editing.

There is a (very) playable version of Haven though, which is my top priority.
