Find a programs that cleans registry keys, check for spyware or malicious software, run a defrag on your hard drive after cleaning it out and deleting all the crap you don't use.
Stop looking up naughty stuff that is poisoning your PC.

are you running out of memory?
maybe your computer is running out of memory with all the games you have on it
if thats the case you need a new computer
