Maybe one of the reasons I find this funny is the fact that I was once employed by Wal-Mart. Or Maybe it's that the clown is actually really creepy in my opinion. Whatever it is, I found the thing hilarious. Especially because I thought that the toy went through his foot at first, the tip of the star on his foot gave me that illusion.
