Hey people!

If there was a live gaming league running at a local casino, would you go? or would you be put of that it was at a casino??

Thanks

personally it wouldn't bother me .. the nature of the people going, the vibe, and the events would be much more important

Chillax peeps! genuine question. haha it aint spamming, no company, no agenda, i just want to know what people thought.
Calm yourselves!

Thank you for your response, age restriction is an issue, but i was thinking of doing a seperate underage league as well. i don't know yet, just thoughts on venues!

welcome, deacs ;)

thas a super random Q, I feel like the casino wouldn't be the best venue for an incredible turnout of gamers because of the age restriction and general character qualities of your demographic... but w/e.

Are you actually planning on hosting some sort of event somewhere or was that just a completely random question?

My company is working with a large gaming manufacturer and the UKs biggest nightclub chain to arrange a on going league. I dont want to give to much detail yet as i am still confirming things and also dont want to be seen to be spamming. have a peak at Play the Gamer on facebook and the web
for a broad overview. Not saying to much yet

I have to admit, a fair number of the gamers here are ...ahem... addicted to the casion. So, i suppose a fair number of the gamers who turn out for your league would gamble a bit inbetween their games, therefore making your venue some dosh...

I don't gamble but I'm of age and wouldn't mind a gaming league at a casino. It's an interesting mix.
