Alright, as you can see in the picture up top, there's a dude wearing a crown, getting spider and some Estrogen in the face. But, what's that on his sad little head? A crown!
Unlike Fable 1-2, your character will actually start out as a somebody, A KING! (or Queen, or both, for some of you guys out there), and not have to go through grueling missions to become a somebody in your dead parent's eyes.
Why cant you be a simple farmer, like your father, my mom would always say....
Anywho.
Your character starts off as the King or Queen of Albion. But, you dont get off that easy. Early in the game you notice the difficulty that any new leader in office would, such as laws, corruption, rebellion.
Quoted from Peter Molyneux, "Your still gonna be a hero, your still gonna have swords, your still gonna have guns, your still gonna have magic. But this time you will be leading a country as well as that."
There are some cool new features in this upcoming Fable, as well as a lot of good old ones.

New features:
Morphing: aka, growing motha f$%*ing wings son. A strong emoticon allows you to sprout wings, differing on your moral standard, red bad ass wings for evil, shiny ones for good.
Moral Based Weapons: Your weapons will change as you grow. Weapons will change based on alignment and the style that you use. So an evil mage's sword would look different than a holy marksman's.
Touching Things: Yes. Simple. But, if you have played Fable I or Fable II, you will notice your character is a big telekentic, germaphobe. I mean, your character barely touches anything with his hands, except his sword. I couldn't even give my dog a cheering up. It was always an awkward me holding my hands out for affection and him reacting 3 seconds later to only jump up, then go back down. An example in Fabl3 is the character grabbing his girlfriends hand and running with her across the field. That was enough to start a tear or two.
*But, old things are included, such as guns, your dog, relationships, sex (of course), and decapitations as far as I know.
