Is this a good trade?

Ok so a good friend of mine has a hacked psp fat piano black with the L and R buttons modded with multicolourd changing sound activated lights and the ring on the back is iluminated with them aswell with a speaker in the middle. He said he will trade me this for my plain old silver psp slim.

Take it or pass?

I wanna take it but im not sure as im not exactly a pro when it comes to gaming consoles and stuff.

Yea i checked it out today and it looks amazing. everythings really neatly done, cant seen any wires or anything nothings scratched and it functions perfectly
