so after FF13 has re-ignited my interest in JRPGs, I decided I want another one. But i don't wanna drop $60 on star ocean or WKC if i might not like/finish them. So, I decided on a ~$20 DS game
i'm currently thinking about chrono trigger, Final Fantasy 3, Final Fantasy 4, Nostalgia
but here are my problems
1. Chrono Trigger:
for some reason i'm a lot more interested in Chrono Cross than Trigger, so I don't want to play this game and then have Cross not seem as good...but I don't wanna play Cross first and have it take away from Trigger or not make sense because it's a sequel. sort of lame, but whatever.
2. FF3:
I actually own this game but i've lost it and i have no idea where it could possibly be. I don't really want to re-buy it...
3. FF4: I have this on GBA and it was fun, but I want the 3D remake. I've never finished it and i want to try again...but I've heard it's really hard.
4. Nostalgia: I prefer established series, but this just interests me. but it seems like a throwback RPG. I'd rather have a real RPG (like one that tries to move forward such as the above mentioned ones, rather than backwards). but again like i said, this interests me.
what do you guys think?
