easy, cause i dont have any money.

Furthermore, i have a nulled vbulletin which is illegal but unfortunately i dont know how to upload it. i dont knoiw any perfect server. idk how to upload via ftp or stuff like that :L

Well, I frown upon those using nulled scripts. And either way, you're very new to the webmaster world and you're lost. You still have a lot of work to do before anything can take off because you can't just have a website just to have it, it won't get anywhere.
