i bought a capture card a couple of days ago, made a video to put on youtube but as i was about to do it. it has a msg saying 'you dont have permission to view this file' 'contact a administrator to get permission' plz help

that mean you must using the admin account, btw what is the meaning of capture card? and that msg occur when you want to upload the vid to youtube?
