I've got 762mb (or something in the 700's). I could do with another 265, but it's not really important. I can play all the games I want to, so it's fine^^

You shouldn't break them.. you should sell them untested. I'm building a new PC costing $830 I might ask my friend if he'd sell me his 4 sticks of 1gig for $120... $10 less than buying new and double the ram lol.. so I might go from 1Gb to 4Gb :D

then again it is static memory.. hold it by the black chips or the sides, not the gold pins or the circuit board actually on the PCB. Yay 4GB in a month or 2 I hope whenever I have the money to fix my PC... Anyone in UK want me to build them PC's and pay me £50-£1000 for building it? XD

UberJohn is in Michigan, USA :) I can build a Lego computer, they're slightly less sturdy depending who builds them, and it's best to use brand new lego (not as worn down and more colour coded) :P
My RAM is 20inches long and about 17inches wide ;) (haha cheesey joke)

my current pc has 4 gig compared to the 1gig from my last one -

and my server has 2 gig - all i need for the game servers - i need a better cpu to manage a few more game servers and we don't use much RAM with the current game servers anyway :D

Just to add something to the topic, I have 4 gigs of Ram.

However I have a question for anyone who would know, is it against the expectations of this forum to dig up old threads or is that acceptable? I don't care either way, I'm simply curious...
