Looking at the comments it seems that people are saying this is fan made trailer, some research showed its real and its coming out this summer :)

There is a sequel to the game that will be out by next year I do believe.

This is pretty much where joker gets Harley Quinn and I would guess batman is locked in arkham. That is just me of course.
